Hey Readers whoever is left! I am so sorry I haven't been posting! I was in the process of switching jobs and also am getting married TOMORROW!!!! Soooo I will be on hiatus till after July 2nd. Which is when we get back from our honeymoon so I promise to post soon after we get back! I am so sorry I hope you still read me when I get back! I can't believe I am getting married tomorrow! I am soooo excited! Then off to Universal Studios and DisneyWorld for 2 weeks! Ah!!!! :-)

Wee Bit of What I'm Lovin'
Hey readers! Sorry I have been M.I.A. I was in Vegas on my bachelorette party trip but I am back now! I will definitely do a Vegas post but right now it is time for my 2 favorite Wednesdsay blog hops! Yes that is right it is time for Wee Bit Wednesday over at Leigh Ashley and What I'm Lovin' Wednesday at This Kind of Love! Go check them out and link up! Hope I get some new followers!

1) Do you believe in ghosts? I do not really believe in ghosts. If I watch a scary movie then I start to get freaked out more and believe in them more. However, I don't have a definitive answer on yes or no. I wish I knew though if there were or not!
2) Are you more of a talker or more of a listener? I would have to say that I am more of a listener. There are times I am pretty talkative, but usually I like to listen. I have been told many times I am a good listener.
3) Would you rather get up early or sleep late? I would definitely rather sleep in because I am a night owl and like to stay up late. However, I can't stand sleeping in too late or else I feel like I have wasted the day and then I get stressed.
4) If you could instantly become an expert at one type of dance, what type would you chose? That is easy hip hop. I love dancing hip hop! I used to take class and want to start up again.
5) What's your favorite drink? That is easy too sweet tea! Yum!
6) If your house caught fire and you could only grab three things, what would they be? Wow this is hard. I am going to assume my animals make it out then I would have to say my stuffed animal my grandma gave me when I was a baby, my computer and my wedding photo album (when I have it).
7) If you could only visit one restaurant for the next five years, which would it be? Oh wow another hard one hmmm I would have to say PF Chang's.
8) Who inspires you the most? I would have to say my mother. She does so much for me and never complains about it. She has done so much and accomplished a lot in her life.
9) If you had your own talk show, who would your first three guests be? Well since Elvis is not around I would have to say Johnny Depp, Jennifer Aniston and Ryan Reynolds.
10) Sneakers or sandals? I am definitely a more sneakers kind of girl, I am getting more into sandals but still prefer sneakers.
I'm Lovin' that is one week from today I get to quit this job and on that Friday I get to start my new job!!!! I am so excited! (that is what I had been please, please, pleasing about!)
I'm Lovin' that I got to celebrate Adam's birthday with him last night and make him green chili stew and his favorite desert of rice krispy treats.

Just Another Manic Monday
Hey Y'all, hope you are having a good Monday, or at least as good as a Monday can be! It was a pretty busy and tiring weekend, but it was also an extremely fun weekend!
On Friday I ran after work to pick up some hairspray from my hairstylist to take with me when I did my wedding hair trial on Saturday. Yes this may seem weird, but let me tell you after the first trial run it would not seem weird to you at all! When they did the first trial my curls did not hold, now I told them in the beginning my hair does not hold a curl, and they were like well this medium hold hairspray will work. And in the back of my mind I was like no it won't but we shall see, guess what...it didn't. Well so this could have been fixed by then just recurling the ones that had fallen down and used more and stronger hairspray. However, the teacher made them completely wash out my hair and start over with rollers. I was there for 5 hours! Let me tell you I don't do good sitting for that long. When they were doing the rollers they used a gel to make my curls stay. I looked like a hot mess when it was over (you know that song How Mess by I think Cobra Starship, ya that song was in my head the whole time) what I got was some oily looking stringy poofy curls because the teacher decided that is how I wanted it. The students did better before she touched it. Anyway it took me 4 washes to finally get the sticky out of my hair, and over a week to get the smell out. I had to literally wash my hair with dish washing soap to get it out. So now you know why I went and got my hairspray from my stylist. Anyway, after that I was scrambling around getting the last of Katie's 21st birthday present, while also trying to finish getting things to make our Pimp Cups for the bachelorette party trip to Vegas this Thursday.
On Saturday it was time to celebrate my Moose Brother, Maid of Honor, Best Friend Katie's 21st Birthday!!! I was so excited! I had been waiting for her to turn 21 for forever!!! Anyway, I ran one more errand for her birthday and for my pimp cup decorations. Then I ran by her house to pick her up to go do a hair trial. I got to have a yummy Mimosa before we left. Then we went and got out hair done. Mine actually came out good this time. I told her no curlers, no gel and you did better than the teacher so don't let her touch my hair. Katie liked her hair but it was not really what she was wanting so I think she will do something different on the wedding day. But I am pleasantly happy with my hair and I think it will be the one I do for the wedding. However, I can't decide if one more trial run is in need or not just to see if there another style I like.
After our hair trial I dropped Katie off so we could both go get ready and get the boys. Her boyfriend got us a hotel room at Hotel Andaluz, omg one of the nicest hotels I have been at! Truly it is amazing! We met for dinner at Chili's and Katie and I both had a Presidente Margarita, we also sneakily stole the shakers so that she could have a souvenir! It was really yummy, of course I had to sit there and watch OKC Thunder lose to stupid Dallas, but whatever. We also looked super hot in our little black dresses. However, I did find out that if I walk for a long period of time the dress will slowly ride its way all the way up, so thank goodness I had a long jacket on ha ha!
After that we stopped by the hotel to check in and let her open her presents and get one car so we didn't have 2 everywhere we went. Next stop was the Hardrock Casino! We had a lot of fun! We had some Patron shots, an Around The World shot and a Vegas Bomb. It took us a while to feel anything which was weird. But after awhile we felt it. Katie and I were gambling on one machine while the boys went off and did their own thing. We however, got to talking and hardly gambled. Then as we were sitting there gambling (oh side note she had a crown that said Happy Birthday that would light up) some guy comes up gets right in her face looks her up and down and goes your hot, that's all I got to say and then walks off. It was hilarious! He was not bad looking either!
After the casino it was time to run downtown so she could have a chance to dance. Well we get in line and there are four of us and only 3 people come out so I am like it's her 21st birthday can't we just go in please, and yup folks it worked! So we get there go figure right at last call so we are at the bar and this bartender comes up and asks what we want, we say something that we will feel after we drink it. So he comes up with with looks like blue concoction of glass cleaner, kid you not, I think it had long island vodka but not sure. It was definitely strong. He also gave us 4 shots for $9 bucks! Then he ended up giving her a free half of a beer. And we told him it was her 21st and asked if we could have another. Well he gave her a shot of Grey Goose and then I begged him to give me one because she was my best friend and couldn't do a shot alone and guess what I got one too! Okay coolest bartender ever, I mean we even had dates so he couldn't even hit on us! He also gave all four of us his glow band bracelets. However, we missed dancing but was totally worth it.
After that we headed back to the hotel and hung out in the room while the boys raided the minibar and had lots of different shots. Let's just say the next morning we were not all feeling great. We had free breakfast though so we had to get our butts out of bed and get down there by 11. The food was pretty good. We were all so thirsty we drank like a gallon of water. Then it was time to go home. It was a lot of fun though! Great weekend right there! I will post pictures on the next post!
P.S. On a side note I finally saw Risky Business (yes I know for shame I had never seen it, also still never seen Animal House, Top Gun, or Mission Impossible) anyway! I really enjoyed the movie and now I keep saying "You know sometimes you just gotta say what the fuck" I mean how true is that! Best part of the movie is where he is having the interview with the Princeton guy says that puts on his glasses, his hooker g/f comes in and says what's the verdict, and Tom Cruise goes "looks like it's the university of Illinoise" with a big thumbs up and a grin! Just had to add that in there.

1) What do you do when you're running through your neighborhood and come across the same red truck on five different occasions, each at different places? Well since I am a paranoid person I would probably think that they were following me and I would run as fast as I could either home or to the nearest neighbors house to say I was being stalked. (yes I stole the question from the blog but I wanted to answer it)
2) I am extremely excited to try my slow cooker chicken that I have cooking at home tonight, that my Mom prepared for me in a little baggy and all I had to do was dumb it in :-). Thanks Mom!
3) I am extremely determined to work out like a mad woman for the next three weeks!
4) I truly want to just throw everything away that is in our apartment, not really cause I am a pack rat but I am going to box it all up and store it until we move!
5) I am not sure why they let people add stuff to your wedding registry. Truly people the 250+ things and you can't find one you want to give us, that we actually want. Instead I must return said item that I don't want.
6) New song of the day is Who Says by Selena Gomez it has been stuck in my head.
7) Vegas on Thursday!!!

The Little Things
Good morning Y'all! Yay it is Friday! Let me just say this week has been super long! And I am still saying "please, please, please" in my head! Let me just say I really hate waiting to hear about something that I really want. It makes everything else go real slow!
Anyway, saw Pirates midnight showing last night! I really enjoyed it. It is not better than the first, definitely better than the third but I haven't decided if I like it more than the second. I LOVE Johnny Depp though so I was a big fan no matter what!
I was reading some of the blogs I follow and I came across a great post on Reese and Leigh with a link to a site called The Little Things which is a great blog type thing! You should go check it out! Here are some of my favorites from the website! Enjoy!

Getting to Know Mrs. Brunette
Hey guys! I am so excited that I have two followers! That is a good start after one day I say! :-) Thanks for reading and following!
I decided that while I am sitting here saying "please, please, please let this work out" to myself that I should do my getting to know me blog for all my new readers, and readers to come. Now I can't say yet what I am "please, please, pleaseing" for because I don't want to jinx it. Course if it doesn't happen then I am going to be a very depressed person. I also hope I don't have to wait till Monday to find out because I suck at waiting to find stuff out, it just drives me insane. Anyway, time to get to know me, yes bullet points will be involved because I like fellow bloggers, love using them! What is it about bullet points that are so appealing anyway?!
* First off I am 23 years old, I graduated in May 2010 with a major in History (emphasis on ancient history) and a minor in political science, I was pre-law and had every intention of going to law school since I was a little girl. However, that has since changed and I don't think I will ever go. So now I am not sure what I will do, maybe go back to grad school and get my PhD in history and teach or something. I would love to be a museum curator and open up my own one. Or even start my own event planning business. I realize I need to decide what I want to do, but I also realize I can't rush it or I will end up doing something I don't like.
* I am getting married June 18 to the man of my dreams and my best friend. He is my lobster (Friends reference, I truly believe almost everything can somehow be referred to a Friends reference. I wish that show was still on TV). I can't believe it is 30 days till we are getting married! I am trying not to stress about everything that needs to get done by then.
* I chose the name of this blog because I am a Bride and I thought of a blushing bride, but since I will not be a blushing bride forever I decided I will however be a brunette forever, so there came Confessions of a Blushing Brunette.
* On April 1 I did radio iodine treatment to kill my thyroid. I was hyperthyroid, so hyper in fact that I was told I had to stop playing soccer and exercising because I could give myself a heart attack with how fast it was making my heart beat. Let me just tell you I definitely cried after that Dr.'s appointment because one soccer season had just started, two I needed to work out for my wedding abs I want, and three who wants to hear you could give yourself a heart attack?! I mean that is already a fear I have. However, after being confined for 3 days after the treatment, because I was radiating. My thyroid is now dying and I will eventually go hypothyroid, which is better, but will have to take a pill forever. But hey better than a heart attack right?!
* I am obsessed with anything have to do with Pirates, I even wrote my senior thesis on pirates. Yes I am going to the midnight showing tonight of the new pirates. And yes I am in love with Johnny Depp, especially if he is dressed up like Jack Sparrow!
* I love spending time with my parents and family. I love being close with them and being able to share everything with them.
* For some reason I sign up for thousands of emails, like daily recipes, daily workout information, etc. Yet I never get around to reading them all and then end up with over 6000 unread emails, with personal emails stuck somewhere in between.
* I have to have all of my movies alphabetized or I go insane. If they get out of order I go all ocd and I have to fix it. I also have my clothes organized by type of shirt and then color organized.
* I really hate when the house is dirty (even though our apartment is a pit) it really stresses me out and I can hardly relax. And then yet I get it clean and then along comes the boy and there is a moat around my newly cleaned sink.
* I am a bath girl, I used to stay in there for hours on end until I was a prune! I still prefer baths to showers. I hate showers, they take too long, are too much work, and then you have to dry your hair.
* If I could I would still play with Barbies.
* I always am finding way too many things to collect even though I know there is no room or not enough money to collect everything I want.
* I love animals I have 2 cats at my apartment, 2 at my parents, 2 dogs at my parents and 1 dog at my apartment. If I had a butt load of money I would build a place where I could rescue all the animals at the pounds and shelters.
* I am a very caring person. I am a really great friend, I would do anything and everything for my friends. I am loyal and would never stab them in the back.
* I love playing soccer and piano.
* I love reading, I get really annoyed when I read long books and they take awhile because I feel like I am a slow reader even though I am not.
* I hope to one day write my own book series.
* I am a country girl at heart. I would love to live on a farm.
* I hate scary movies, and I can't watch murder shows because then I will be freaked out and think it will happen to me.
* I can't take showers when no one else is home because I feel like someone could break in and I wouldn't know it and I would be stuck in a shower with nothing to defend myself.
* Oklahoma is my second home.
* I love everything Disney. DisneyWorld is my favorite place to go, I never get tired of it.
* My goal is to visit all 50 states at some point in my life. I also want to visit Europe, Australia, New Zealand.
* I am afraid of dying. Yes it is a strange thing, but if I think about it I instantly cry. I can't imagine not seeing my family and friends. And silly as it may be I think wow they will still be making movies and I won't get to see them!
* I am extremely indecisive, I wish it wasn't so but it is.
* I get stressed really easy, and am trying to get better because I know I will live longer if I am not stressed all the time.
* I am extremely afraid of getting an aneurysm. Yes this is true.
* My best friend in the whole world is Katie, she is my Moose Brother!
* My favorite color is Purple, dark purple though not lite purple.
* I love scrapbooking and crafting, even though I never really find the time to do it as often as I would like. Adam likes to say I more collect stuff for it but never use it.
* I love baking, especially cupcakes!
